Description
The Henry Bakor BE185169 Blue Seal One-Step Liquid Foundation Waterproof Membrane is an 18.9-litre, ready-to-use, water-based rubber membrane designed for waterproofing exterior foundation walls. This all-in-one product functions as both a sealer and an elastomeric waterproofing membrane, using an advanced ETV copolymer rubber formulation.

With a high solids content and smooth, creamy texture, Blue Seal effectively waterproofs and seals a variety of surfaces including concrete, wood, foam insulation, polystyrene boards, and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs). Once cured, it forms a seamless, durable rubber membrane that accommodates expansion and contraction across a wide temperature range and bridges cracks up to 1.5 mm (1/16").

This product is VOC-compliant, solvent-free, and non-toxic, ensuring safe use and easy clean-up with soap and water.
