Made for a connection to a vertical strainer tail pipe under a sink, the p-trap with union connection with Cleanout provides a horizontal transition to the DWV piping system while traping water in the lower half of the p-trap u-bend for preventing the release of sewer gas into the environment through the sink drain. A union connection to the u-bend and a cleanout plug with a reusable watertight gasket allow for cleaning of the p-trap.
