Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile components are protected and that the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the crate or box.

Arrange Transportation

For small items, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for bulk building supplies or palletized orders, our team will coordinate a scheduled freight pickup from your job site or residence.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the quantity and condition of the returned supplies, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
